Pyrigenis is a light, elegant red wine with a beautiful ruby ​​color. The nose is seductive and complex, with aromas of ripe raspberries, cherries, and lingonberries, complemented by delicate floral notes of rose and hibiscus. The wine has subtle notes of spice, mocha, and chocolate, along with an earthy hint, creating a beautiful depth.

On the palate, the wine is juicy and full-bodied, with notes of strawberry and dried cranberry, offering a refreshing and lively sensation. The tannins are silky and well-integrated, while the vibrant acidity and mineral notes give the wine a refreshing and energetic finish. The wine is light in texture, yet offers exceptional depth and complexity.

The grapes are grown at an altitude of 900m and harvested by hand, ensuring careful selection of the finest fruit. The vines are at least 150 years old. The wine undergoes controlled fermentation with skin contact, giving it subtle tannins and rich aromas without being heavy. After fermentation, the wine is aged in a combination of amphorae and stainless steel tanks (approximately 6-8 months), which helps preserve the freshness of the fruit while adding a subtle complexity. After aging, the wine is carefully bottled without the addition of sulfites to preserve the natural expression of the grape and the terroir.

This wine pairs perfectly with grilled meats, light pasta dishes, or roasted vegetables. It also pairs wonderfully with soft cheeses or a charcuterie board. Serve at 14-16°C for the best experience.
