Shipping Policy

Order processing
Orders are processed on business days. Orders placed before 14:00 are shipped within the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email with Track & Trace once your order has been shipped.

The Netherlands & Belgium
Delivery within 1–2 business days. Free shipping on orders over €50. For orders below this amount, we charge €8.95 shipping costs for the Netherlands and €9.95 for Belgium. 

Other EU countries
Delivery within 3–7 business days, depending on the country. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Outside the EU
At this time, we do not ship outside the European Union.

Wine and fragile products
Wine and olive oil are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport. We use specialized packaging suitable for glass bottles.
