Klados - The Hunter - Kotsifali

This (light) red wine is made from the indigenous Kotsifali grape of Crete and perfectly reflects the character of wines from the Southern Aegean region. The wine has a light ruby ​​color and offers fruity aromas of cherries, strawberries, and dried flowers. The palate is round and fruity, with a perfect balance of alcohol, acidity, and tannins.

Serve this wine at 12-13°C, slightly cooler than usual, and enjoy a perfect pairing with Cretan dishes, spaghetti, seafood, cheeses or simply during a drinks reception or summer BBQ.
