Cretanthos Early Harvest olive oil comes from Crete and is made from the famous "koroneiki" olive. Early-harvest olives are rich in antioxidants, resulting in an intense flavor: bitter, spicy, and slightly fruity. After harvesting, the olives are pressed within five hours. The green, still raw olives are cold-pressed to preserve all their beneficial nutrients. All Cretanthos olive oil is therefore of premium quality. This specific olive oil has an acidity of only 0.2%, is rich in polyphenols, and is diabetic-friendly.
