The Cretanthos Mountain Farming Extra Virgin olive oil is made from the famous ''koroneiki'' olives. The olives for this particular oil come only from fields of the highest mountain in Crete, the Psiloritis. Due to the altitude (200m) at which these olives grow, they are rich in polyphenols (antioxidants) which are very beneficial for health. This olive oil has a very accessible fruity and slightly bitter taste and a golden green colour. The olive oil has received awards for its excellent quality from many international organizations worldwide.
