Klados - White Diva - Vidiano

Vidiano is an ancient, indigenous white grape variety from Crete, renowned for its refined aroma and rich flavor profile. This grape, which originated in the Rethymnon region, produces a clear, pale yellow-green wine with a balanced flavor and a complex aroma of peach, banana, citrus, apricot, and mineral notes. Vidiano is known as the white "diva" of Crete. The finish is long and intense.

Serve this wine at 8°C–10°C. It pairs perfectly with asparagus, salads, seafood, meat, and a wide variety of cheeses. Our favorite pairing is Apaki with grilled apricots, oregano, and olive oil.
