Klados - The Great Hawk - Vidiano & Muscat of Spina

The Great Hawk is a blend of two iconic Cretan grape varieties: Muscat of Spina and Vidiano. Muscat of Spina, a grape named after the community of Spina in the Chania region, is renowned for its powerful aroma and thin skins, which give the wine a delicate character. The result is an excellent dry wine with a charming and refined flavor. Vidiano, an ancient indigenous grape from Rethymno, adds a delicate aroma and a bright, light greenish-yellow color to this blend.

This wine has a complex aroma of flowers like rose and jasmine, alongside fruity notes of grapefruit, apricot, and citrus. The fruity flavor and balanced acidity make the wine refreshing on the palate, with a long and intense finish.

Serve at 7°C - 9°C, ideal with seafood, salads, sushi, spicy cheeses and oriental dishes.
