Haralabakis - Blanc de Noir - Liatiko (only 2500 bottles)
The Haralabakis family has taken a unique approach by making a white wine from the Liatiko grape, normally used for red wines. Using the Blanc de Noir method, they produce a refined white wine that, after regular vinification, is aged for four months in French oak barrels and then released in limited quantities.
This wine reveals aromas of peach, pear, apricot, and Cretan herbs like oregano and thyme. The aging in French oak adds a pleasant crispness and a buttery flavor, perfectly balancing the wine.
Enjoy this wine with light fish, poultry, white cheeses, and charcuterie. Serve at 10-12°C for the best experience.
