LOST OENOSENCE – Light Red
A rare and playful light red wine from the Finikia Valley, where old vines of Madilari, Liatiko, Muscat of Spina, and Vidiano grow along the river on pure sandy soil. The grapes are hand-picked on cool mornings.
After a short three-hour maceration, the grapes are gently pressed in a traditional basket press, using only the finest 50–60% of the juice. The wild fermentation and nine months of lees aging give the wine its soft texture and lively tension. Unfiltered, unfined, and with minimal sulfites, pure as it was meant to be.
In the glass, LOST OENOSENCE displays an elegant light red color and a surprisingly fresh style. Expect juicy red fruit, a hint of blossom, and subtle spiciness from the native varietals. The finish is energetic and refreshing – a wine that balances beautifully between rosé and red.

- mezze with red pepper hummus, dolmadakia and soft cheeses
