Garakis - Syrah
This light and elegant red wine undergoes a red vinification process with a six-day extraction and fermentation at a controlled temperature. The wine then matures for four months on the lees, with weekly bâtonnage, which contributes to its soft texture and complexity.
The aroma and flavor reveal ripe berries and black cherries, complemented by subtle spicy notes like white pepper and a hint of dried herbs. The light oak aging creates soft tannins and a beautiful balance.
The grapes come from one of the oldest plantings of this French variety in the region.
Versatile pairing with roasted eggplant, grilled lamb, truffle pizza, or pasta bolognese. Also ideal for summer occasions: serve slightly chilled at 14-16°C.
