Garakis - Lagada - Muscat or Spina
This refined white wine undergoes a 24-hour pre-fermentation cryo-extraction, followed by a controlled fermentation of 15 days to highlight the grape's rich aromatic character. The wine then matures for three months on the lees, with weekly bâtonnage, which imparts a full structure and a subtle nutty note.
The aroma reveals classic floral notes of orange blossom and jasmine, combined with citrus, peach, and a subtle almond note. The grapes are sourced from the Lagada vineyard.
This wine pairs wonderfully with ceviche, sushi, light pasta with cream sauce, and soft cheeses like brie or Camembert. Serve chilled at 8-10°C.
