Dourakis - Orange de Noir - Romeiko
The Dourakis family has introduced the Romeiko grape to the world of orange wines, and the result is truly unique. This wine is made using the orange wine technique, where the grape skins remain in contact with the juice for longer during fermentation, giving the wine its characteristic color and flavor.
In the glass, the wine has a salmon pink color with intense orange highlights. The aromas are powerful and multifaceted, with notes of orange, citrus, and bergamot.
On the palate the wine has a medium body with a complex palette of orange peel, lotus, bergamot and almond, with a subtle oxidative flavour that enhances the depth and richness of the wine.
The wine is aged for 12 months in oak and then for another 12 months in bottle, which contributes to its refinement and structure. Only 600 bottles were produced.
Enjoy this special orange wine with:

-
