Haralabakis - Assyrtiko

The Assyrtiko grape from Santorini has adapted exceptionally well to Crete's climate and terroir, resulting in a fresh and mineral wine. This white wine offers crisp acidity and aromas of tropical and citrus fruits, such as peach, melon, and lime. The medium to full body and intense finish complete this wine's refined character.

Enjoy this wine with seafood and fish dishes, such as grilled fish, shrimp, oysters, and calamari. It also pairs excellently with light chicken dishes, green salads, and citrus-flavored dishes.

Serve at 10-12°C for the best experience.

Goede Assyrtiko

Past goed bij zeevruchten, maar kan ook na de maaltijd worden gedronken. Een heerlijke zomerwijn als hij goed gekoeld is.
