Klados - Pink Black Bird - Kotsifali

This rosé is made from the Cretan blue grape Kotsifali, named after the blackbird (in Greek "Kotsifos"), which loves to eat these grapes. The wine has a light pink color and offers complex and elegant aromas of red berries, citrus, and white flowers. The palate is fruity and creamy, with a refreshing freshness and distinct crisp acidity. The finish is long and intense.

Serve this wine at 9°C - 11°C. Enjoy it with charcuterie, seafood, pasta, meat, spicy dishes, a wide variety of cheeses, and of course, Cretan cuisine.
