Assyrtiko

The famous Assyrtiko grape from Santorini has adapted perfectly to the climate and terroir of Crete.

This wine has lovely crisp acidity and minerality, with aromas of tropical and citrus fruits like peach, melon, and lime. The medium to full body and intense finish complete this wine.

Enjoy this wine with seafood and fish dishes, such as grilled fish, shrimp, oysters, and calamari. It also pairs well with light chicken dishes, green salads, and citrus-flavored dishes.

Evnia - Vidiano Single Vineyard ( only 3000 bottles )

This beautiful white wine, made by the Haralabakis family, is made with grapes from 4,000 carefully selected vines. The wine is aged for four months in French and American oak.

The aromas of tropical fruits, such as apricot and pear, combined with a smoky palate and lively acidity, result in a refreshing yet refined wine. The long finish completes the enjoyment.

This wine pairs perfectly with grilled fish and oven-baked pork, as well as with lovely creamy cheeses like Brie and Camembert. Our favorite pairing is Apaki with grilled apricots, oregano, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil.

Liatiko Blanc de Noir (only 2500 bottles)

With young vines that don't yield the desired results for a full-bodied, tannic red wine, the Haralabakis family opted to make a white wine with black grapes. Using the Blanc de Noir method, they produce this wine with the indigenous Liatiko grape. After standard vinification, the wine is aged for four months in French oak barrels and released in a limited edition after six months.

The wine reveals aromas of peach, pear, apricot, and Cretan herbs like oregano and thyme. Thanks to its four months of aging in French oak, it exhibits a pleasant crispness and a buttery flavor.
